LA is full of ageism, but it’s also full of mature adults making movies. And the beauty of life experience is how it translates to story. Stories created by people with life experience tend to be incredibly compelling. Don’t let age be an excuse.
That’s fine. There is so much opportunity to learn now that basically film school is everywhere. You still need to invest in yourself and learn from others who have the knowledge, but you’ll save a small fortune.
